Planning Permission Granted!
We have been granted planning permission on our scheme off Watford Road, on the land to the south of Aldenham Reservoir in Elstree, Hertfordshire. The industrial/distribution development comprises of four buildings (Use Class E/ B2 / B8) and flexible office/hub building (Use Class E) and totals 20,732 sqm of gross internal floorspace.
